In this video, the Perinet winery's knowledgeable winemaker, Toni Sánchez explained the differences between the iconic Priorat DOQ and the surrounding Montsant DO. As a general rule, Priorat vineyards bring smaller berries forth, give birth to meaty, rustic, testosterone-rich wines with ungodly reductive notes.
