Today marks Round 4 of Season 16 of the Alpha Touring Challenge (ATC) as brought to you on iRacing, powered by Syncmesh and Glass & Steel Photography and Design. We shall be taking a look back at all of the racing action which took place on Monday 26th January 2026 with the aim of bringing it to you as if it were live! We return to the USA for the Circuit of the Americas (COTA). Purpose-built for Formula One, it is now a mainstay of many international series including TC America. As our drivers take on its 2.4 mile “NASCAR West” layout tonight, they shall need to be prepared for its wide open road surface and variety of 16 corners which shall invite overtakes at every apex! In the Alpha Drivers’ Championship, Raymond Tieu has taken the lead by 54 points over last week’s race winner Micah Hendricks following his phenomenal charge through the field to a fifth place finish at Okayama. Can the Gamma class driver maintain his place at the top today? Or will his Alpha class peers close the gap? In the Gamma Drivers’ Championship, Raymond Tieu’s time at the top continues with a podium finish last week extending his advantage to 108 points over Cooper Akers. However, Tieu will be keeping an eye out for both Akers and Dan McFarlane, who sits a further 25 points behind, knowing the pair are starting to hit their stride! In the Delta Drivers’ Championship, whilst Fouad Al-Rijleh may have stolen the headlines in the dry qualifying session with an incredible pole lap, it was Tyler Long who showed off his prowess in the rain-stricken race to secure another win and increase his lead to 102 points. Can anyone slow Long down? How will our drivers fare in the Lone Star State of Texas? Tune in and find out!
