Welcome to this gentle yoga practice for a deep full body stretch. Perfect for when you need a little bit of rest and recovery. In this practice we will: Start slow - in Childs pose, warm up the wrists and mobilise the spine with twists in tabletop Stretch the chest and shoulders - in a prone shoulder stretch + puppy pose options Stretch the hamstrings - with a standing sequence to slowly warm up and stretch the legs Stretch the hips - with low lunge, lizard lunge, pigeon pose, straddle forward fold Wind down - with side body stretches and shavasana I hope you enjoy this gentle yoga routine.
