Becoming a God-Fearing Woman in 2026 | My Faith Journey

This video is a very honest conversation about my faith, my identity, and my desire to grow closer to God in 2026. I grew up around many faiths, with Christianity on my mum’s side and Islam and Hinduism on my dad’s side. Because of that, I’ve always felt God and known God, but I’ve never fully explored or committed to understanding what I truly believe. For a long time, people would ask me, “What are you?” and I used to feel embarrassed that I didn’t have a clear answer. Now, I’m no longer ashamed. As I get older, I feel a strong pull to strengthen my faith, to become a God-fearing woman, and to one day raise my children in a home centred around God. Every year I say I’ll read the Quran and the Bible… and every year I don’t follow through. I end up choosing business books, productivity, and self-development, even though nothing is more important than God. Last year was also a time when I deeply questioned whether God was even real. This year feels different. 2026 is about learning, seeking, and discovering who I am, spiritually, honestly, and without pressure.
