Make it once and your family will ask for it again and again! 🍕 Ingredients 4 slices white bread 1 cup boiled chicken cubes ½ cup mozzarella cheese (grated) 2 tbsp pizza sauce or ketchup 2 tbsp finely chopped onion 2 tbsp chopped capsicum 2 tbsp sweet corn ½ tsp chili flakes ½ tsp oregano / pizza seasoning 1 tbsp butter Recipe Cut each bread slice into small circles or squares to make mini bases. Spread pizza sauce or ketchup on each bread piece. Add boiled chicken cubes evenly on top. Sprinkle onion, capsicum, and sweet corn. Add grated mozzarella cheese generously. Sprinkle chili flakes and oregano. Heat a pan and add a little butter. Place the bread pizzas on the pan, cover with a lid, and cook on low flame for 3–4 minutes until cheese melts and the bread becomes crispy. Serve hot and enjoy your crispy mini bread pizzas.
