This is what a day in my life looks like while living in my off-grid cabin in Portland, Jamaica🇯🇲. I was so blessed to be able to plant sugar cane in what I consider the most fertile land in the world. Just stick to the end to see how beautiful and healthy the sugar cane looks today. I also cooked curry crayfish that we caught throughout the week in our river with fried plantains from our land. I did not get to go to the river this time, but I promise you a dip in the blue hole in the next one.
