The Weasel is a great fly pattern for redfish, especially in the fall when the water is starting to cool off and the fish slow down a little bit. The legs and fox tail on this pattern provide lots of action, without the need for a lot of movement. Little bumps in the line will make those legs bounce and look very appetizing for a redfish. It doesn't particularly imitate a shrimp or crab, but could easily look like both. This color has a very blue crab look to it.
