The mother of the three sisters suspected of being killed by their father, Travis Decker, is calling for reform as new leads are uncovered in his manhunt. The Wenatchee Police Department on Thursday announced it has gathered new information, providing more leads to pursue after executing search warrants in the area and on electronic devices belonging to Decker.
