Ingredients: ½ lb of albacore (or any seasonal fish) chopped into 1 inch cubes ½ lb of peeled and deveined shrimp, chopped into 3 pieces each, or 4 if they’re really big. 3 medium vine tomatoes, seeded and diced 2 large cucumbers, seeded and diced ½ of a large red onion, diced 1 large mango, cut into ½ inch cubes The juice of about 10 limes (which equals about a cup, maybe a little more) 1/3 cup of cilantro stems 1 clove of garlic 2 serrano peppers, seeded or not seeded if you like it spicy Salt and a couple of dashes of Maggie Sauce Instructions: Add the onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and mangos to a bowl Add the fish and shrimp to the same bowl In a blender, add serrano peppers, 1 clove of garlic, lime juice, cilantro stems, and salt. Blend until smooth and then add it to the bowl with shrimp, fish, and veggies.
