Of course, we expect this dynamics to be kept." ++ENDS ON SOUNDBITE++ STORYLINE: A spokesperson of Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Monday "there should be no direct consequences" after Russia pulls out of the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe. Speaking to reporters during a regular briefing, Dmitry Peskov said the treaty "was already an inanimate mechanism, not due to the fault of the Russian Federation." "Therefore, in this case, the Russian side just brought everything into line with the de facto situation. That's why there will be no direct consequences," Peskov added. On Monday, Putin signed into law a bill denouncing the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe. The treaty is aimed to prevent Cold War rivals from massing forces at or near mutual borders. The deal was signed in November 1990, but not fully ratified until two years later. Commenting on the Turkish elections, Peskov said there are no planned telephone conversations between Putin and the reelected Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
