Just mix it together and bake. Only part is to catch the timing for the right doneness, which you can test it out in advance to get it right. Best part it can be prepared in advance, just pop it in the oven for 10 minutes and its ready. P.S: Now you know how to make this dessert, don't forget to support us too yeah 😅. Recipe 2 baking ramekin (Length 9cm , Height 4.5cm, 200ml size) (https://shopee.com.my/product/1234817...) Dark Couverture Choc 55% - 100gm Unsalted Butter – 60gm Egg – 120g / 2 nos (Grade A) Roku Gin – 30ml Cake/Superfine Flour – 20gm Cocoa Powder – 10gm 1. Coat Ramekin with Butter and Cocoa Powder 2. Double boil Dark Couveture Choc 55% and Unsalted Butter together and mix till fully melted 3. Mix in Egg and Roku Gin 4. Mix in sieved Cake Flour and Cocoa Powder 5. Fill into Ramekin, cover the top with cling wrap 6. Chill for at least 1 hour before baking, or up to 2days. 7. Preheat oven till it reaches 190c , and bake for 10 minutes 8. Serve Hot , with loads of Ice Cream and Berries if u like Tips: 1. Prepare this in advance 2. Every oven temperature is different, baking time can differ Best is to bake 1 portion and make adjustment from there. If overbaked, reduce 1-2 minutes, if underbaked, add 1-2minutes for the next one. 3. Serve with more airy, lighter type of Ice cream , my Favorite is WALLS/NESTLE 4. Goes well with strawberry/ raspberry on the side. 5. Oh ya, pairs really well with full body Red wine like Merlot 6.
