The International Loadstar 1700 was an early 60s - early 70s medium-duty truck that had a variety of uses, with farming applications being the most common. Of course, this truck had the power, frame, and design to handle many other medium-duty applications - such as school bus engines, fire engines, cranes, industrial or commercial logistics, etc. In SnowRunner, this truck is not found but bought in the truck store for 39K game currency and is available early in the game. They put it in the Scout category of trucks even though it is in actuality a medium-duty truck. It has only one heavy-duty external addon and a couple of scout add-ons available. This can be used for scouting but it is better as a hauler using a scout flatbed trailer or as a fuel supply rescue unit with a scout fuel carrier attached. The pickup chassis addon comes with a decent amount of onboard repair points. Dimensions: Length: 5.8m, Width: 2.3m, Weight: 9920 lbs (~5 tons) Body Balance: Excellent, plus as a scout, it can get autonomous winch Configurations: 4x4 (AWD Always On) Differential Lock: Always On Tires: 41” Offroad UOD II tires available (0.8, 3.0, 1.9) and Chained UAD III All Chains (1.2, 3.0, 1.3) tires available – the UOD II do significantly better in mud, and the UAD III are required for icy regions in addition to giving you more control on roads Steering: Short turning radius Control: Excellent (among the best in the game) Fuel Tank: 130L + 100L = 230L Fuel Consumption / Efficiency: Tops out at a level 17.7L / min (Highrange gearbox, AWD always on, Diff Lock always on, under heavy load, on offroad terrain). Consumption depends upon damage status, terrain, gearbox, and load (carried on rear tandem axle + hauled trailers); spikes go over the stable reading. Real-Life Engine: International V345 V8, 5.7L, 197hp, 400 lb*ft Torque, Max Gross Combination Weight of 45000 lbs (22.5 tons) Game Engine: Si-6V/2100, 4500 Mass, 145000 Torque Chapters: 0:00:00 Introduction 0:00:09 Background, History 0:03:40 Dimensions, Design, Body Balance 0:06:56 Drivetrain, Differential Lock, All-Wheel Drive (AWD) 0:08:56 Traction, Tires, Suspension 0:10:19 Steering, Turning Radius, Control 0:11:38 Fuel Tank, Add-Ons, Fuel Consumption & Efficiency 0:13:46 Engine, Torque, Horsepower 0:15:42 Functionality, Usability, Reliability 0:24:02 Verdict, Conclusion
