EDIT: Ok so I should restate my statement and say “some skateboarders say all grip is the same” because apparently none of my friends who I used to skate with are normal. I've been thinking about this question for quite some time now. I've used so many different types of tape to the point where I'm confident enough to say...I've probably tried it all, and my conclusion here is that not all tape is exactly the same.
