Today I'll tell you all about my ink swatching, including how I started, how it's going, and the tools I use! I hope it inspires you to create your own ink swatches in a way that fits you. ★Tools I use the most: Kakimori brass nib + dip pen holder Synthetic watercolor brush (preferably one with dark bristles) Microfiber towel Stickers on ink samples: Adhesive labels, round 13mm (I use the brand Herma) 2 jars of water (one to clean your brush and dip pen, the other for getting clean water) MD paper notebook with dotted paper ★Other tools: Ink muller (to stir shimmer inks) Ink sample vial holders Dip pens Square stencils to create the boxes for swatching Midori Paintable Stamp Pre-Inked - Stationery ★Swatched inks: Pennonia - Karpatzöld 038 Journal This - Be-leaf Diamine Inkvent 2024 - Pine Needle (shimmer ink) Sailor Shikiori - Tokiwa-Matsu Shanghai Stationary - Urban Skyline Beijng (shimmer ink) Tono & Lims - Custom color made at the Dutch pen show 2025 edition 'Zoibu's olive green' ✿ About me ✿ My name is Zoë and I'm a mixed media artist from the Netherlands.
