Black American people only account for 32 percent of inmate U.S. population. While it is 31 percent for White Americans. Meanwhile, White Americans have the highest serial killer/ murder count. 82 percent of U. S Serial Killlers are white.  It's only 15 percent for U.S Blacks. The U.S. Black population is more likely to get falsely accused than white people by 5 to 19 times than white U.S. americans. The overall population of prison (state/federal) and jails is about 1.8 million people in the U.S.   African Americans make up 32 percent of the correctional population, which is 576k people out of 41 million people.  Africans Americans are more likely to stay behind bars longer than white Americans for the same charge. 38.7 percent of sentenced persons of federal prisons  were black while it's 57.1 percent for whites. 48 percent of sentenced persons of jails were white Americans while it was only 35 percent for black Americans. The posts goes like this, someone will post about ghetto person doing anything, and people will say oh thats black fatigue. and thats the usual suspects and black people cause the most crime. With some research I found that there are more white people in jail and federal prisons than black people. With only combining Federal and state prisons making Blacks have more of a population than whites by 1 percent. So Blacks and whites in more or less equal in terms of being looked up in jails or prisons.
