Ronda, Spain: Blue Hour Photography Tips and Tricks

Hello there, folks! How is it going? I hope you are all doing very well indeed! Welcome back to another video, and welcome to the beautiful city of Ronda in southern Spain. In this week's video, we do not get the sunset that we were after. But don't worry, the blue hour is just as powerful and beautiful. Having the opportunity to be and experience this beautiful town was such a treat. Having seen images on Google, I was very excited at the possibility of photographing this wonderful, wonderful bridge. Holding such significance in the town and throughout Spain's history, it is a reminder to me just how important travel and experiencing new places are. It's always worthwhile to remember that if the light does not happen in the way you had hoped, we can take advantage of the fact that artificial lights come on and the sky takes on a deep blue, and we can take advantage of this contrast and still create striking images of our chosen subject. Also, getting the freedom to stay the extra night in our little camper van the following day was even more exciting as the light really did wonders over the town. I am so happy with how everything turned out and look forward to the possibility of returning to this location and capturing some golden light on the cliff edge and the city!
