Health and performance don’t come from one single habit. They’re built through small, consistent actions over time. In this video, I’m sharing a week focused on the pillars that help me stay healthy and perform well in the long run. From structured training and testing to simple routines and social moments, this is what my approach to health and longevity currently looks like. You’ll see how I combine different forms of movement — running, cycling, gym, and stuff I'm not good at (soccer) — with recovery, awareness, and everyday life.
