A Georgia man is facing charges after running onto the U.S. Capitol grounds while dressed in all camouflage, wearing a tactical vest and carrying a loaded shotgun. While being handcuffed, Carter Camacho, 18, told authorities he was there to speak with a member of Congress. His shotgun was loaded with seven rounds in the tube and one in the chamber. The safety was off, and Camacho was carrying 17 more rounds of ammunition, according to court documents.
