In today's tutorial I will show you how to crochet this super easy raspberry stitch beanie hat. This crochet hat is for 4-5 year old boys and girls. You can also make it smaller or larger by simply changing your hook size as mentioned in my video. Please see below. 1-2 years use 3.5mm hook with light #3 yarn 2-3 years use 4mm hook with light #3 yarn 3-4 years use 4.5mm hook with medium #4 yarn 4-5 years use 5mm hook with medium #4 yarn 5-6 years use 5.5mm hook with medium #4 yarn For this 4-5 year hat I used a 5mm crochet hook and Premier Puzzle bulky #5 yarn in the color “Cat’s Cradle” #1050-17. You can also use any #4 yarn. I used 105 grams of yarn including the pom pom. You may need less or more depending how big or small you make yours.
