DIY SEAT INSERT FOR SIM RACING

I have been waiting about a year now to attempt to make a custom DIY seat insert for my new sim rig. Struggling with the comfort offered by the Jeggs 'drag racing' plastic set, I've finally ordered 2 kits (4 quarts total) of A and B expanding polyurethane foam to try and make the insert.. I've never done it before but have watched a few YT videos and am confident enough that I should give it a go. I will be using my KIRKEY aluminum seat from my old 3 dof motion simulator and attempting in REAL TIME to show you what I had to do and how long it takes. I hope you enjoy the video.. I've actually been wanting to make this video ever since i purchased the KIrKEY racing seat. FYI the aluminum racing seat weighs about 15 pounds and shown on a previous video and I am attempting to make the power to weight ratio of the motion simulator more advantageous by reducing movable weight in hopes of better response from the motors..
