Moonglet also known as Mooglet Pizza, Veg Omelette or moong dal uttapam. Ingredients for Eggless Vegan Omlette Soaked Moong dal (मूंग दाल ) - 1 cup ( 200 gms ) Carrot (गाजर ) - 1/2 cup (julienne ) Baby Corn (बेबी कॉर्न ) - 1/2 cup (julienne ) Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च ) - 1/2 cup (julienne ) Cauliflower (फूलगोभी ) - 1/2 (finely chopeed ) Tomato (टमाटर ) - 1/2 cup (julienne ) Paneer (पनीर ) - 1/2 cup (julienne ) Green chilies (हरी मिर्च ) - 3 Ginger (अदरक ) - 1/2 inch piece Salt (नमक ) - 1.5 tsp (or to taste) Chili flakes (चिली फलैक्स ) - 1/2 tsp Black pepper (काली मिर्च ) - 1/2 tsp (coarsely ground ) Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा ) - less than 1/4 tsp Oil (तेल ) - 2 to 3 tbsp How to make Moonglet Pizza : Getting ready : 1. Soak 1 cup moong dal for 2 hours.Wash it well. Making : 2. Put soaked moong dal in the mixer jar,3 green chili and 1/2 inch big ginger piece,1 tsp salt or to taste and coarsely grind all. Take out in a bowl. 3. Add 2 tsp water to it and mix it.Less than 1/4 tsp baking soda.Mix well. 4. Heat a pan.Pour little oil in a pan and spread it.Put the batter, Keep a bit of thickness of 1/2 cm.Keep medium flame. 5. Take chopped veggies of your choice and put it over the uttapam. Pour a little oil over it.Lightly press the veggies. Cover and cook it on medium flame for 6 to 7 minutes.Check it. When roasted from beneath,Flip it. 6. Cover and cook the other side of uttapam for 4 minutes. To take it out place a plate over it, flip the pan and take out the uttapam. Prepare all uttapam likewise, then turn off flame. Serving : 7.Moonglet Pizza is ready.You can cut and serve them.You can have it with green coriander chutney,tomato sauce, or you can served it with any chutney of your choice.
