A group of freeskiers construct their own ramps to perform some amazing ski stunts in the abandoned buildings of Detroit. Freeskiers Karl Fostvedt, Khai Krepela and Max Morello travelled to Detroit, Michigan to showcase their freestyle skiing skills in the derelict buildings of Detroit. The trio constructed their own ski jumps, grinds and ramps in disused warehouses, schools and industrial complexes. There are an estimated 70,000 abandoned buildings in the city. In the video Fosvedt can be seen performing 180 degree twists in a warehouse before moving on to skiing in an abandoned schoolyard while Morello improvised by using a bench as a grind rail in a local park. For one of the groups most impressive stunts the skiers found a defunct warehouse and built a jump on the roof, which Fosvedt then used to land a 360 degree twist.
