A thick, decadent cookie pie with a buttery crust, hazelnut center, and layers of chocolate surprises in every bite—perfect for slicing and sharing. Ingredients • 3/4 cup (170g) unsalted cold butter • 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar • 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar • 1 large egg • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2½ cups (300g) all-purpose flour • 1½ tsp baking powder • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 tbsp cornstarch • 1/2 tsp salt • 300g chocolate chips • 375g white chocolate hazelnut spread (like Nutella) • 9-10 pieces Lindor Hazelnut Truffles (or mix with milk/dark) • 9-10 Kinder chocolate pieces • 12-15 Round KitKat chocolate balls Cookie Dough: 1. Cut butter into chunks and beat for about a minute. 2. Add sugars and mix until combined. 3. Add egg and vanilla extract, mix for about two minutes. 4. Add flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well incorporated. 5. Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl. 6. Stir in chocolate chips. Cookie Pie: 1. Divide the cookie dough into three parts. Line a 6-inch pan with parchment paper. 2. Press the first part of the dough into the bottom of the pan. Smooth it out evenly using a glass or flat tool. 3. Take the second part of the dough and press it around the sides of the pan to form a cookie shell. 4. Fill the center with the full 375g of chocolate spread, smoothing it out. 5. Insert the chocolates into the spread—Lindor truffles, Kinder pieces, and round KitKat balls. Press them in gently. 6. Freeze the whole pie for 1 hour to firm up the structure. 7. Take the third part of the dough and press it gently over the top to seal the pie. 8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes, then broil the top for 1–2 minutes to get a golden, crisp finish. 9. Chill again for 4 to 5 hours to set completely. 10. Top generously with Nutella and decorate with more chocolates. 11. Cut into slices using a sharp knife—it’s thick and loaded, so you’ll need a bit of strength! 12. Optional: Finish with edible gold dust and a drizzle of melted chocolate for that extra wow factor. #fall #recipe #viral #video #trending #cookies #pie #chocolate #chocolatedessert #chocolatechipcookies #gourmet #nyc #october
