This video is about the Door to Hell in Turkmenistan. In 1971, the Soviet tried to extract oil from the deserts of Turkmenistan. Unfortunately, they extracted methane gas and they lit the gas on fire to try to stop the methane from escaping. The fire has been burning ever since. For your information, this is a pilot episode of a new series I may do called 'Strangest Places'.
