Peri Peri Pinwheel Mathri – crispy, chatpati & made using Saffola Gold – Power of 3 oils Because Diwali snacks can be tasty and healthy! 🪔. #healthy #reels #recipe #ashortaday #karishmacooks #snack #shorts #ytshorts #diwali #festival #diwalirecipes #saffolagold #festivevibes #explore Ingredients Sooji 1 cup Maida 1 cup Atta 1/2 cup Kalongi 1 tsp Ajwain 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi 2 tbsp Salt to taste Red chilli flakes 1/2 tbsp Ghee 2 tbsp for moin Water 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp for kneading ( if need more than add it ) 2 tbsp ghee and 1 tsp maida ( for satta ) Oil for frying Peri peri masala1/2 tbspand chaat masala 1 tsp mix together and sprinkle it at last Steps -Mix all dry ingredients and add ghee for moin to make mathri crispy, Knead a dough using water and let it rest for 15 mins, after 15 mins apple ghee and knead it again. -mix ghee 2 tbsp ghee and maida 1/2 tbsp -take a portion of dough and roll it and apply paste of ghee and maida sprinkle some chaat masala and peri peri masala roll it and cut it as shown Take small portions using hand gently press it Fry it in low to medium and high heat for crispness Once the batch it completed add the mix of chaat masala and peri peri on it and mix it masala to b added when it’s coming out of oil and let it cool down and serve.
