When I first tried this fight back on wave 3's release I frankly didn't enjoy it, and I can now say that was totally a skill issue because I actually like this fight. The fight has been updated and tweaked since then, but that's besides the point, since the main thing I like about this fight is the heart mechanic. Much like bloxpin it results in a fight that isn't easily cheese-able with darkheart sustain; it makes every hit you take feel like it matters more since that's HP you probably won't get back. As for the actual attacks, the fight is pretty simple, C00lkidd flies around shooting popups and rockets while occasionally dropping a wall down or sending a goon to attack you. I think the rebalancing on the latest update really improved the fight since the goons he spawns mix up the fight enough from just running in circles to avoid the popups. The adjustments to the popups as well make the fight feel a lot more fair and I think these are good changes. Finally I wanna talk about the second phase since it really enhances the fight to add to the visual clutter and distraction mechanics from the popups, it ultimately comes down to tracking C00lkidd's location and good camera control to stay alive and it offers a unique challenge not present in the game already. I guess my only complaints would be that this fight kinda falls apart a little in multiplayer for me and that sometimes the rocket attack hitbox feels a little weird but that might just be me coping for getting hit by it so much, so overall these things are fine.
