NRD Design Studio presents the 2025 ‘Luxury Living’ Sand Wood showhome; bringing together the essence of sand wood in Portlaoise, this modern, contemporary, and luxury family home is designed with both style and community in mind. Enveloped by 250 trees, the development fosters a connection between old and new, creating a harmonious and welcoming space. Rich, textured fabrics enhance the interiors in the living room to create a stylish and relaxing space. while the open-plan kitchen and dining areas provide a seamless environment for entertaining, hosting, and relaxation flowing effortlessly into the beautiful garden. Featuring two pieces of art commissioned to Aishling Hennessy, local artist, in support of local design.
