Much faster super/ultra motion in SSFIV. Easier combos and more punishes to positive reads and reaction. Hold Forward and tap down-back twice. When you let go of down-back the second time, press PPP to finish the motion (PPP has to come after you've let go). This motion MUST use SOCD's, otherwise there will be neutral frames in your inputs, which the game will register as a dragon punch motion instead of QCFx2. By using SOCD's, as soon as you let go of down-back, it defaults back to holding forward on the negative edge without any neutral inputs. Try to tap and release down-back as a perfect diagonal. If you accidentally plink back to down hitting the diagonal, you will get a neutral input for a frame and your move may not come out. Same as for releasing down-back: If you release down first you will get a neutral frame and possibly miss the motion. This motion is much easier and faster, and it allows you to buffer an ultra much easier into your footsies to give you more reaction time to positive reads.
