Whether it be a trailer for a movie you have been dying to see or promoting your own GMV's, they are videos teasing the audience for what you have in store for their viewing pleasure. Best Trailer offers an award to the trailer that has the most anticipating excitement by the audience • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • // C A T E G O R Y • R U L E S \\ • It must be a trailer/promotion of some sort. Not your general GMV, but promoting it • Length Limitations: No shorter than 30 seconds but please NO longer than 3 minutes. • It must be your own work. This means, no straight up stealing from Blockbuster movie trailers, no theft of others GMV trailers either. • If you happen to have footage that is NOT game, it must be less than 5 seconds long. NO exceptions. • ONE VIDEO ONLY PER EDITOR • Post as an entry to THIS video. • If you have a trailer video you entered into other sections and still want to enter it here message me and I'll post it. • All videos are due by the deadline. If there is a problem don't be afraid to message me • To prove you have read the rules, you must include in your description this quote: "You haven't seen anything yet." See the individual videos for more information. • Only gaming footage allowed. No entries containing any other footage allowed. • Judges may enter and be nominated for awards. But they will not be able to judge their own entries. • Contestants may create new GMVs if they wish, but are reminded that entries must have been created in 2012 and posted by the deadline. • No verbal abuse, etc. to any other entry or judge will be permitted.
