I think the most interesting part of construction is seeing the progress develop over time. This film showcases the construction progress between visits on November 1, 2025 and January 1st, 2026. It was accomplished by setting waypoint missions for the drone to capture the same photo positions on multiple visits. I compare progress between the two dates with a screen wipe effect. Of course, like all of my films, I have to provide a suitable soundtrack for the transformation. I capture these missions each time I visit the site and also do a video loop, so there will be many more progress updates to share. Centennial Yards is a 50 acre, mixed-use development that will be part of a sports and entertainment district in the south downtown area of Atlanta.
