It is mostly done by the village ladies from Kutch to decorate their homes. Traditionally lippan is made by adding mud and cow dung and done on the walls. For base I have use cake base...other alternatives are...mdf board, premarked mdf, cardboard, Canvas.. Acrylic colors are used.From craft shop you can buy mirrors of different shapes. In this Lippan kaam I have used diy Cone. I have used ceramic powder ( plaster of paris, wall putty, talcum powder are oter alternative), Fevicol mr and white Acrylic color.
