ISOMETRIC BREATHING and IMPROVING POSTURE. Here I am demonstrating and talking about a way of using the body for efficient breathing. If I can use this breathing method I can access the deepest part of the lungs at the back of the ribcage and gain more oxygen and connect the breathing to the spine. This is breathing into the spine and the body structure itself. I also find greater endurance if I can breathe like this whilst doing activity like running up the stairs for example. More oxygenated air gets around the body quicker with this breathing technique. I also find this most efficient way of breathing in Qi Gong. You are effectively breathing through the spine and the body posture.
