I just got a new job working at a burger stand and kiosk. It's the night shift, which I pretty used to, but what I'm not used to is cooking short-order food. Hopefully I'll get the hang of it. Lord knows I need something to comfort me, these customers are starting to creep me out. - You take the late-night shift at a small kiosk set in a rain-soaked parking lot, serving customers who arrive under the flicker of neon lights. At face value it’s a cooking simulator: you’ll prepare hot-dogs, burgers and other quick meals, slice produce, drop patties on the grill, pack up orders and try to keep up with the queue. As the shift wears on the atmosphere changes. The weather, the lighting and the quiet of the night all build tension. The customers become more mysterious, the lights flicker, the sense of being watched grows. All while you’re trying to stay on top of your cooking tasks, maintain service and not let the job slip. Mechanically the game blends simple food-prep tasks with physics-based objects and a creeping horror underpinning. Slicing and handling food items uses a playful, slightly chaotic physics approach, and the horror doesn’t come purely from jump-scares but from the uneasy shift in tone as you go from “just serve this order” to “why is this happening at all”. The story is compact but effective: you’re filling in for the previous kiosk worker who vanished, you’re alone at the night shift, something isn’t right. As you serve the orders, oddities happen, you begin to question what’s going on, and you gradually realize this isn’t just a late-night snack joint. The ambient dread rises until you realize your customer may not just be impatient… they may be dangerous. - Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/31... - WANNA JOIN THE DISCORD?
