Icing sugar 400 g (350g-450g) Egg white 50g Thaylose powder 10 Vegetable shortening White color (optional ) Coloring as needed Make a pit in the icing sugar and pour the egg white in to it, mix a little and add thylos powder little by little while the mixing egg white and icing sugar . You can add the thylos powder at once when the icing sugar and thylos powder mixer turning into royal icing consistency as well Make a dough and knead the icing dough on the mat or on the counter top . (Before kneading apply bit of shortening on your palm to avoid sticking) If you need you can add white coloring to get better pure white to the icing Knead properly till the gum paste icing dough comes soft and stretchy .. After completing the prosses wrap it and keep in air tight container and keep the container in the fridge for 24 hours .
