Pool training is one of the ways we prepare for big wave season! Pool training is a great way to simulate wipeouts and hold-downs, making you more confident when the real thing happens. We show two different sequences of exercises in this video, both listed below. Remember, if you try this at home make sure you have a friend with you to supervise and make sure you are ok!
