This is my work in progress asteroids-like game for Chapter 9 of The Elements of Computing Systems course a.k.a Nand2Tetris (NAND to Tetris) GASteroids is written in pure Jack language, using the provided Jack compiler and VM Emulator without modification. The emulated hardware of the VM supports 16-bit integers, 16K RAM (program ROM is separate), and no graphics double buffering. The flickering of moving objects can't be avoided with this system, but it is still capable of a nice little action game.
