Family cremates duo after girl's parents refuse her body in Amritsar's Boparai

A day after suspected honour killing, the family of Harjoban Singh (23) decided to cremate both Harjoban and Sukhpreet (20) together. Since the family of Sukhpreet is not coming forward to accept her body they decided to take both bodies to kakad village for creation. Boparai Baj Singh village's Gurdial Singh (55), killed his daughter Sukhbir Kaur and her paramour Joban Singh (25) on Tuesday.
