Dogs pull the wagon with one reciprocating saw, two loppers and one pitch fork plus Daphne Lewis down the driveway to the worksite. They pass the dwarf bamboos Indocalamus tessellatus and Shibatea lancifolia and stop at the mid-size bamboo Pseudosasa amabilis. After all the leaning canes are pruned out, the dogs return to the house. The van returns to pick up some cut poles to dry on the driveway to become bamboo iced tea. Next the van returns, picks up the poles and takes them to the pile of poles waiting to be chipped for mulch.
