Ngung village, located in the northern part of Nwa Sub-Division within the Donga Mantung Division, of Northwest Region of Cameroon, is home to approximately 10,000 residents. The primary economic activity in Ngung is subsistence agriculture, with local farmers cultivating crops such as maize, cassava, oil palm, and coffee. The Massim River runs through the village and can only be crossed via a hanging bridge. Ngung is isolated, lacks motorable roads, health facilities, potable water, and electricity. The social amenities are limited, featuring only three primary schools and a number of churches. Despite these challenges, the community continues to rely on agriculture as the backbone of their livelihood. If you're inspired by this video and wish to partner with The Farmer Tantoh Foundation to help this community get their first ever water supply and other amenities, please donate via this link https://bit.ly/farmertantoh.
