A look at the Dual Voltage British Rail BREL York built Thameslink Class 319 Electric Multiple Units in operation in the Southern Region. With the new Thameslink Class 700s due to start entering service in April 2016, the Class 319s will be a rare sight on the Thameslink Route. Today, only one 8-car unit is timetabled each day on the Brighton - Bedford route, with the remainder of services operated by 377s or the newer class 387s. This video includes a number of different stations across the south, including Brighton, Haywards Heath, East Croydon and Sutton. Liveries seen include Southern, First Capital Connect, Thameslink (with blue and pink doors), Lyca Mobile and Swiss Travel.
