Scottish Highlands Wild Trout and Charr : Two friends enjoy a successful day fishing : First Charr.

In this video I catch up with my good friend Douglas from ‪@PiscatorUK-Fishing‬ and enjoyed a day fishing together on a Highland Loch. Join us catching Brown Trout, Arctic Charr and for Douglas, a stunning Perch. I had never caught an Arctic Charr before so this was to be my target for the day. That said, every one of those lovely brown trout was a treat to catch and return. They are beautiful hard fighting fish. The Charr, albeit small, was a very welcome catch and I hope it's the first of many. The rain certainly came down in buckets didn't manage dampen our angling enthusiasm, even Dee enjoyed the action from the shelter of the brolly. There will be more collaborative adventures as the year progresses. Keep an eye out for more content on both channels.
