What They Don't Tell You About Entrepreneurship: Entrepreneurship and Mental Health

This isn't one of my regular videos but I wanted to make it as I've had a lot of friends battle with mental health, depression and entrepreneurship and had a personal experience with that problem first hand a year ago. The reality of entrepreneurship is much different and harder than most people are willing to discuss. Our culture today focuses on success in entrepreneur as an ideal and with social media not being a true reflection of everyones journey comparing ourselves to that ideal is often something that can result in mental anguish and in some cases serious mental illness.
