Super delicious hilsa/elish fish mixed biriyani style khichdi/hodgepodge cooking by village lady for about 250+ village people. About 40 KG Bangladeshi national fish Elish was bought to cook food for about 300 people of village. First women clean & cutting the fish into small small pieces and then they fry the fish and adding some spice ingredient curry to fried fish. Then they start cooking khichdi/hodgepodge and at last added fried fish with the khichdi. All the ingredient name we added with video as English subtitle.
