歡迎嚟到「酒滿飯寶 Chef Po」嘅頻道。 「金針雲耳蒸雞」估計鍾意煮嘢食嘅朋友喺屋企都一定會做過,今日我都分享一個我自己做嘅版本,食譜唔會好複雜,因為呢個菜我認為用最簡單嘅方法,做出嚟先至係最完味,最好食。 揀雞方面大家就買返啲靚啲嘅雞啦,出嚟個效果係會唔一樣,好味好多。另外大家都可以加入冬菇或者豆卜去做,無所謂嘅,鍾意就得! 金針雲耳蒸雞材料: 雞 - 900g 秋木耳 - 75g 金針 (黃花菜) - 50g 紅棗 - 3粒 蔥、薑、乾蔥、蒜蓉 - 適量 蔥、芫荽、紅椒絲 (裝飾) - 適量 雞肉調味: 1½湯匙生粉、1/3茶匙鹽、1茶匙生抽、2茶匙蠔油 1茶匙薑、1茶匙蒜蓉、½茶匙白胡椒粉、½ 湯匙花雕酒 金針秋耳調味: ½茶匙生粉、1/3茶匙鹽、1茶匙蠔油、½茶匙生抽 ½茶匙薑、1/3茶匙白胡椒粉、½湯匙麻油 烹調時間:大火蒸10分鐘 ------------------------------ "Steam Chicken with Cloud Ears and Lily Buds" is a dish that friends who love cooking at home have definitely made before.
