Today was one of the hardest days I’ve had running my taco stand. The wind was nonstop — pushing everything, knocking things over, and turning simple tasks into exhausting ones. Setting up, prepping tacos, and working against the wind all day took a mental and physical toll. This is the side of street vending that most people never see. I wanted to be honest in this video and show the vulnerable part of sidewalk vending — the frustration, the fatigue, and the moments where you question if you can keep going. But I kept showing up, serving customers, and pushing through. This is a real day as a permitted sidewalk taco vendor in California. No filters. No pretending.
