WRECK 32 METERS DEEP dive at Pecio Tabaiba

The small town of Tabaiba is the ideal place for a wreck dive, just a short swim away from the coast. The wreck in Tabaiba is 35 metres long and is called the 'El Peñon': it was sunk as an artificial reef on the north-east coast of Tenerife in 2006 to enrich the marine life of the area and to promote scuba diving. The boat is heeled thirty degrees to starboard at a maximum depth of 32 metres. Inside the wreck we can find live polyps, octopus and some barracudas, famous amongst divers.
