Richard Kenneth Djerf (55) is scheduled to be executed in Arizona on October 17, 2025 for the 1993 murders of Albert Luna Sr. (47), his wife Patricia Luna (42), their daughter Rochelle (18), who he also r**ped, and their son Damien (5). The quadruple murder occurred at the Luna home in the West Valley area of Phoenix, Arizona (Maricopa County). The bodies were discovered by the Luna's oldest child and lone survivor, Albert Luna Jr. (21 at the time), who was Djerf's intended target, but he wasn't home. UPDATE (FRIDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2025): Richard Kenneth Djerf was executed this morning in Arizona. His official time of death was 10:40AM local time. When asked if he would like to speak any last words, he replied: "I do not". Djerf had requested a special final meal that included a double cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato, deep-fried onion rings with ketchup, and a slice of cherry pie with whipped cream that was served to him the previous day.
