Philadelphia vlog 🔔🏤 | city of brotherly love | exchange student diary

Hi! Welcome to my description 🔔🏤 In this video is my first trip outside my placement state, Michigan, during my exchange year in the United States! Our main trip is NYC but my host mum has family living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania so we decided to make a side trip. We went to landmarks such as the Rocky steps, Love Park, Liberty Bell, and the portal. And of course we also had to try Philly cheesesteak, Philadelphia’s famous. Our trip was during the 2025 New Year’s so Pennsylvania is where I spent my New Year’s on my exchange year. I ate grapes under the table for good luck in the upcoming year and choked on grapes as a result haha. Watching the Mummers parade was fascinating. It’s really cool to see a group of people wearing the same things walking, giving us a show, and spreading positivity. But our trip doesn’t end here. We drove straight to NYC right after the parade. Stay tuned for an exciting vlog in the Big Apple city! 🗽🏙️ As you guys probably know, the footage in this video was taken way back in December, last year. That’s over 6 months ago. I’m so so so behind in editing my videos. I only started to edit my Philly in March. It’s taken me 3 months to edit this video. I’ve been busy with spending my last months in the United States and travelling back to my home country, Thailand. I’m finally done and I’m so happy but then I also realise that I have 4 more vlogs I need to complete to fully catch up. I really want my videos to be up to date so I’m working really hard to edit the videos. I also want to quickly finish the vlogs because I plan to make a video giving advice to people going on an exchange. It’ll be a big project so I hope to finish the remaining vlogs first.
