I needed to test a lot of battery cells for a DIY LiFePo4 battery pack and although I already have made my own DC electronic load I needed something that can automatically turn off when low voltage is reached and also show the amp hour capacity. Hence I found this cheap unit on AliExpress which was only £35 and for the odd occasional use I thought I'd give it a try. It does not have a brand name but it has the model numbers MDL-150 and KAF0009-001 manufactured by Shenzen Rangbo Jiachuang Technology Company LTD. Specs wise it can handle a maximum of 150 watts and up to 150V at 20A. I give it a test and it seems to hold up to it's claim of 150 watts without burning out. One word of warning though; the input is NOT fused so if you are testing batteries a fuse should be used. It needs a few improvements especially the UI but for occasional use I think this is a pretty half decent unit especially for the price. It also needs calibration with a 30V input and / or a 3A current if readings are out. This is shown in the video. Disclaimer: my opinions are my own and this product is not endorsed in any way. Edit: this is an improved version of the DTL-150 DC electronic load and battery tester. The original version is just a bare PCB with a single MOSFET. Both models appear to be made by the same manufacturer. It worked really well and it's an essential tool for cheap or one off battery builds. Survived running for days at high loads without issue.
