Crispy Mutton Fry is a tasty mutton recipe made using simple ingredients yet so tasty. It is often eaten with dal and rice or chapati.It is also called Tala hua gosht in Hyderabad. INGREDIENTS =========== Mutton - 1/2 kilo Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste - 3 teaspoon Salt - 1 teaspoon Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon Split green chillies - 3 Coriander and curry leaves - few Water - 1 cup Oil - 5 tablespoon METHOD ======= 1.In a pan add (or pressure cooker) Mutton - 1/2 kilo Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste - 3 teaspoon Salt - 1 teaspoon Water - 1 cup And pressure cook till mutton turns tender then dry the extra water let the mutton be dry. 2.In another pan heat oil and add this dried mutton and fry well till it turns crispy. 3.To this add lemon juice,green chillies,coriander and curry leaves. 4.Mix well , fry for few seconds and serve hot with roti or dal/rice.
